Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Augenblick Technologies (UEN: 53417876J), a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

Augenblick Technologies provides the following services:

The scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement will be communicated and agreed upon prior to commencement of work.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise pricing if the project scope changes after the initial agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the project quotation or invoice. We accept payment via bank transfer and PayNow. For larger projects, milestone-based payment schedules may be arranged. Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount.

Estimated timelines will be provided during the consultation phase. Timelines are dependent on timely provision of content, materials, feedback, and approvals from the client. Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines and, where applicable, additional charges.

Upon full payment, all custom-built deliverables (including website code, designs, and related materials) are transferred to the client. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any third-party tools, plugins, or software used remain subject to their respective licences.

7. Hosting Services

Hosting plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis. We reserve the right to suspend hosting services if payment is not received within 14 days of the due date. While we perform automatic daily backups, clients are encouraged to maintain their own copies of critical data. We are not liable for data loss beyond what is covered by our backup systems.

8. Hardware (PC and NAS)

All hardware is built upon order confirmation. Specifications are customised based on the client’s requirements and agreed upon before assembly. Hardware warranty terms follow the respective manufacturer’s warranty policies. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-built hardware unless the item is defective upon delivery.

9. Warranty and Support

We provide post-project support via direct communication channels (WhatsApp, phone call). Bug fixes and minor issues arising from our work are covered at no additional cost for a period of 30 days after project delivery. Requests beyond the original project scope will be quoted separately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Augenblick Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
